Employers FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions are being developed by the Office of the Children’s Guardian to help employers understand their new obligations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme.

These will be updated as new questions and enquiries arise during the scheme’s transfer from the Ombudsman and its establishment with the Office of the Children’s Guardian.

Employers are encouraged to read the information and resources on the website.
